Holding a strict diet might be hard at the beginning, making you feel tired and pretty weak. Watch out for any strange symptoms and contact your doctor if you're not feeling well.

Also, be careful with the amount of physical activity you do. While the more, the better works here, if you overwork yourself, you might really feel too tired. This could affect your everyday activities and might tempt you to give up on your plan.
