Amish Recipe: This Beverage Reduces Cholesterol And High Blood Pressure

This amazing drink has long been used in the Amish tradition. They have used it as a natural remedy against various diseases due to its powerful healing properties.


1 clove of grated garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Grated fresh ginger (1 piece)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

15 g of honey

Garlic has been used as a natural remedy against numerous diseases for ages. Patients with high blood pressure who took garlic supplements for a period of 5 months experienced significant drop in their blood pressure levels. Moreover, it is believed that garlic can extend your lifespan.
