Make Your Heels Smoother And More Beautiful With This Homemade Remedy

As the skin on your heels becomes more drier and drier, you get cracked heels, especially along the inside border of the heel, as well as redness, itching, inflammation and peeling skin, which makes your heels look very ugly.
Unhealthy diet, improper foot care, hard floors, prolonged standing, wearing the wrong types of shoes, lack of moisture and dry air are just some of the conditions that makes your heels look really bad. Other conditions like eczema, calluses and corns, thyroid disease, and diabetes can also be a very important factor in having cracked heels.

Let’s talk about healing your cracked heels. The cracks can be prevented right away if you take proper precautions. Here we have a homemade remedy for your problem:

Make a powder of 10 aspirin tablets. If you don’t have aspirin, you can also take 10 andol tablets. Pour the powder with 250 ml of 70% rubbing alcohol and let it stay for 1-2 days. Use it every night, but make sure you shake it before use. Soak a cotton ball or gauze in it and apply it on your heel.
Take a plastic foil and wrap your feet in it. After that, put socks on and leave them like that overnight. In the morning, wash your feet with water, dry them with a clean towel and apply some greasy foot cream, or glycerin. The improvements can be seen after 10 treatments. If you want, you can exfoliate your heels with a foot scrubber before you apply the foot cream, and of course the results will be much better.
This treatment can be also very helpful if you suffer from painful varicose veins.
